Skirt: Made by me
So once again, TERRIBLY sorry for the second hiatus! I have been really busy with school and this collection (although only three pieces). My friend Loriel (or Loriel Michelle as her photographer name implies), is a fabulous film major and ask me to take a few photos for a project of her. So maybe I got a little excited, and brought over a bunch of garments that I have made as well as some pieces that I liked from my closet. Needless to say this girl is talented (if she could make me look good).
Well anyways, this skirt is from the collection I've been doing for my school. This is only a sneak peak so the rest of them will be up after the show, which is April 5th. I'm definitely making a much bigger deal about this, but hey, this is what I love. The show is of pieces inspired by artwork. I chose futuristic artwork, which I felt was a different approach. When doing this photoshoot, my Loriel told me that it reminded her of "ET" by Katy Perry, and when I changed my profile picture on Facebook, another friend of mine commented the same thing. So I suppose that is what I should go with for my girls to walk to! What do you guys think?
Oh! And this is my first outfit entry! So this is me. As the weather starts to get nicer, (which I have been begging for for ages!), you will definitely be seeing more of these entries! Once again, sorry for hiatus, but I'm back for good!
