Looking though this collection, I have to say, I LOVED the oversized silhouettes! It looked so chic and boyish and feminine at the same time. The maxi skirts, dresses,
and oversized blouses were a dream. And did I see more embroidery? I think so.The platform floral shoes went perfectly with the idea of elevation and length in the collection. Of course, the hair made every model look like giants. I love it I think we may be seeing some more moderate versions of this up-do this season.
I must say, the patterns were STUNNING. The mixing of patterns looked perfect. (This may be a biased opinion, however, because florals win my heart all to easily). I have to say, this is definitely a stand out collection for me.
Below are some of my favorite pieces.
amazing! candy for my eyes. xx

I hate to say it but this is one trend that I just can't get into to. But great blog entry :)
ReplyDeleteThe beaded dress with the birds is my favourite here! Wonderful shoes too.
ReplyDeletephenomenal. i love the shoes, and those side box pleats on the first rose print and the layered looks, and those embroidered pants!
ReplyDeleteSome 20 something years ago the trend was to cover belt, shoes, buttons (and purse, if possible) on the same fabric. I used to love seeing my mom run around with fabric to get it done. Something about some of the pictures on your post reminded me of that.
ReplyDeleteWell, speaking of patterns: I enjoy them a lot. I think it provides an enormous amount of fun options when it comes to accessorizing them.
